By my very rough figuring, QE2 would tie Sobhuza II's record on Oct 16 2034 at the age of 108 y 179 d.

It was interesting to read about Maximilian I, Elector of Bavaria (1573-1651).     
He was a prince-elector of the Holy Roman Empire. Maximilian acquired numerous paintings of Albrecht Durer, Peter Paul Rubens and additional artists for the Wittelsbach collection.
