Neo-Nazi Threats to Kidnap 12-Year-Old Crown Princess Of Belgium

Security has been tightened to protect Belgium's Crown Princess Elisabeth after an unknown neo-Nazi threatened to kidnap the 12-year-old Belgian heiress to the throne. Three armed police units have been deployed to protect the girl.

A letter to La Derniere Heure newspaper contained an implicit threat to kidnap the 12-year-old heir to the Belgian throne because her father, King Philippe, had allowed the government to let too many immigrants into the country.

The mass media report that the letter was written in German, and read: "I'm going to abduct Princess Elisabeth. This is no joke".  The threat was taken seriously and security was heightened after DNA and other tests failed to yield any clues to the identity of the person who sent the letter.
