Queen Letizia will visit Senegal from December 11 until December 14

Queen Letizia will be received by the First Lady of the Republic of Senegal, Mareme Faya

Meeting in the Technical Cooperation Office (OTC) of the AECID with representatives of decentralized cooperation, representatives of NGOs and representatives of international organizations

Visit to the Aula Cervantes on the campus of the University of Dakar, where she will have a meeting with teachers and Senegalese students of Spanish.

Meeting with a representation of the Spanish community linked to cooperation at the Spanish Embassy

Visit to the Naatangu? farm project, where she will meet with the head of the National Agency for Agricultural Insertion and Development (ANIDA) and with a group of farmers who are beneficiaries of the project

Visit to a reception, training and reintegration center, where she will be received by the general coordinator of the OTC, a representative of the NGO EDUCO and a representative of the Andalusian Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AACID)

Specifically, on gender issues:

Visit the Senegal Red Cross, where women's rights will be discussed

Visit a training project for health agents on female genital mutilation in Casamance

Breakfast in Dakar with women researchers and defenders of women's rights, collaborators and supported by the Women for Africa Foundation.
