Cecilienhof Palace in Potsdam, Germany was built from 1914 to 1917. Cecilienhof was the last palace that was built by the House of Hohenzollern.

Since the Marmorpalais, which had been the traditional Potsdam residence of the German crown prince, had been inadequate for current tastes, Emperor Wilhelm II ordered the establishment of a fund constructing Cecilienhof Palace for Crown Prince Wilhelm and Crown Princess Cecilie.
