^^ Mothers do that all the time.  It's just saliva.  It's not a big deal, just part of being a mommy to some women.  I've even seen a couple of mothers in my lifetime cup their hands under their toddlers' mouths when they looked like they're going to upchuck.  Being the mother of an infant or toddler is not for the finicky or feint-hearted.

I love seeing babies when they're excited or delighted by their surroundings.

Me too! George was quite spunky-- I love how he flaps his arms and legs. "Put me down!"
He is one excited tot on that outing.

Trust me you'll find yourself doing ALL sorts of clean up when they're teething.

I saw the pics of Will , Kate walking on the grounds where they are staying now pics of Kate playing with George as well.   Police escorts , massive security for every event bomb stiffing dogs and someone with a high lens or whatever gets these pics . I found it hard to believe . If someone ( not more PR ) got these pics real security problem . Also will they go to court if worried about privacy or these are ok because they are holding hands. Very strange to me

QuoteWilliam and Kate Look Relaxed and Give a Rare Show of Public Affection as They Watch the Waratahs Win at Allianz Stadium (Videos)

HOW does one unwind after a day spent being mobbed by thousands of well wishers and back-to-back official functions?

At the rugby of course.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge jetted back into Sydney last night after spending the day in Brisbane and headed straight to Allianz Stadium to watch the NSW Waratahs take on the South Africa Bulls.

QuoteWilliam and Catherine Visit Taronga Zoo, Sign Historic Fleet Bible in Sydney

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge brought their son Prince George with them on a visit to Taronga Zoo in Sydney on Sunday, where a bilby enclosure has been named after the baby prince.

Earlier, Prince William and wife Catherine attended an Easter Sunday church service at St Andrew's Cathedral where they signed a precious book known as the Fleet Bible.

A large crowd of 800 people attended the service at St Andrew's and fans gathered to catch a glimpse of the couple in the square outside the cathedral.

QuotePrince William and Catherine to Get Rare Glimpse of Wet Uluru

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expected to take in the rare sight of water cascading off Uluru when they visit Central Australia tomorrow.

Rain in the Red Centre in recent weeks has seen waterfalls spring to life on the surface of the rock and huge pools gather at its base, a sight witnessed by only about 1 per cent of visitors.

Prince William and his wife Catherine will visit tomorrow afternoon to experience one of the world's most famous sunsets.

QuoteDuke and Duchess Spend Day Off In Canberra Relaxing, Playing with Prince George

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has taken advantage of the royal couple's designated day off by playing with young Prince George on the lawns outside Government House.

The Duchess left the main entrance of Government House late Monday morning and walked towards the lake with her son in the stroller.

The pair eventually returned to the lawns and enjoyed close to 20 minutes of mother-and-son time. Security seemed light, with personnel giving the Duchess time to explore the grounds on her own accord.

Once on the lawns, she took the young prince out of the stroller and gave him a ride on her shoulders. She played with her son by throwing him in the air.

QuoteTomorrow is a huge day for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as they arrive in the spiritual heart of Australia- Uluru - and they are in for treat.

The traditional owners of this land have been busy preparing for the royal visit and today at the base of Ayers Rock on the walk the royal couple will take tomorrow, I met senior Anangu lady Barbara Nipper who was in the Australian honours list in 2006, and her family.

Barbara will present Their Royal Highnesses with a series of paintings painted by four generations of her family including one by two-year-old, Lolita, especially for the royal couple.

The suit was brought against the photographer and magazine in France by the court, not the Cambridges.  It was brought because taking thodr pictures and publishing them in is illegal in France.

The suit was brought on behalf of the Cambridges and at their behest, it did not appear out of thin air or because the French think Kate is Joan of Arc incarnate and clamor for that...

After consulting with Lawyers Clarence House was informed the photos breached France's privacy laws, they filed a complaint but the charges were laid by the French authorities because the magazine's actions were indeed illegal.

A crime was committed against W&K and they aren't supposed to complain to police?

Can we please keep this thread on the topic of Australia and not regurgitate a two year old criminal case?

cinrit

The Cambridges put in a complaint; they did not (nor could they) prosecute.  The prosecution against the photographer and magazine was brought by the French government.  Legal proceedings cannot be brought against anyone unless attention is given to the authorities that the crime has been committed.  Taking the photographs the way they were taken, and then being published, is against French law, and the French dealt with it as they saw fit.  The Cambridges do not have the authority to tell a foreign government how to conduct their legal system.  They do have the right (and the duty), however, to complain if an offense has been committed against them.

QuotePrince William and the Duchess of Cambridge will today visit Uluru Kata-Tjutu National Park, 31 years after the last newlywed royals visited the famous rock.

The Royals will take part in a special walk after visiting the national park's cultural centre and the National Indigenous Training Academy.

The couple will also be welcomed with a reception hosted by Northern Territory Chief Minister Adam Giles. Baby Prince George is not expected to make the trip.

I'm asking this in all honesty:  Are the grounds at Government House considered private property?

I don't know if these pictures were staged or not, but I do think there's a reason for the Cambridges keeping silent this time around, and that's because the pictures show Kate in a positive light.
You may think you're cool, but do you have a smiley named after you?

As they did with the airport pictures of her and George, caught in fraganti vacationing when she hadn't worked in months, people were so glad to see George...  But, perhaps it all boils down to her being dressed...

@*** @RoyalReporter suspicious right? some of the shots are hq compared to previous long lens shots

@TIUJes @RoyalReporter my feeling is they knew. On air reporters were broadcasting with the area right in the background

@royalmusing @RoyalReporter The footage of W+K was public for a few hours before K+G went outside, so they had to know.
