I've heard about people saying Prince Charles or Prince William could change their names (legally) when they ascend to the throne. How likely do you think that is?

I know that William can choose whether to be King William V or use either one of his name since he got five names. King Philips, King Louis or so on..

I've heard that Charles could reign as King Charles VII or King George the VI. Personally I like the name King William V :lol: And I hate the idea of a King Charles :rolleyes:

@PrincessKLS, There have not been six Kings named Charles for Prince Charles to become Charles VII.   
You wrote Charles could be "King George the VI". King George VI was actually the grandfather of Prince Charles and the father of Queen Elizabeth II.
