Their Majesties discussed the bilateral ties between Spain and Jordan as well as updates from the Middle Eastern region. Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein of Jordan and senior officials from both countries were present in the expanded talks that took place after the one on one meeting between the two Kings.

According to the Royal Hashemite Court, King Felipe and King Abdullah "affirmed the strong Jordanian-Spanish ties, voicing keenness to bolster them further and expand cooperation in various fields, including economy, investments, energy, and infrastructure."
