And the cousin will be unfollowed during the Royal visit in behalf.

I looked on her Wikipedia page and didn't see it listed as a tour, but it is possible that she has been there privately.

^ I don't believe that the Duchess has been to Canada in any official capacity. She has a number of patronages and honorary military appointments specifically to do with the health of armed forces personnel. In that capacity Birgitte is the Colonel in Chief (Hon.) of the Royal Canadian Dental Corps. However, although she has presented a banner to the Corps and received several of its senior officers over the years at KP, she didn't travel to Canada in 2015 to help celebrate its 100th anniversary, though she did send a congratulatory letter. That would have been the perfect opportunity for a visit, which makes me think that if Birgette has been to Canada it has been as a private citizen only.
