There are several interpretations to Oceania but it's usually the Australia, its territories, NZ and most other smaller Pacific islands

Lindelle

Well we aussies would be calling it closer to South Pacific.
I've not heard it being Oceania.

Scarlet Flowers

You live in Oceania, Lindelle.

Oceania is not a commonly used term in the USA either Lindelle, but I have understood it to be the area encompassing Australia, New Zealand, and the surrounding Pacific Islands.

Bad Windsor.  :wait: :neenerneener:

It's actually the Caribbean. :P I don't like the fact that we're usually lumped together with either North or South America. Our culture and history is way too different to be considered collectively.

Right On! Don't forget Central America as well. On a cool note, this week the Central American and Caribbean Games are in agenda. [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_American_and_Caribbean_Games ]
