The girlfriend of Henry Bolton, the leader of UKIP, has been suspended from the party after she made deeply offensive and racist comments about royal bride-to-be Meghan Markle.

According to the Mail on Sunday, 25-year-old Jo Marney claimed that Meghan would ?taint? The Royal Family with ?her seed? and pave the way for a ?black King?.

In messages to a friend, Miss Marney describes Meghan as ?a scrubber? and a ?gender equality t***? who is a ?dumb little commoner? obsessed with race.?

In the conversation, she also says ?next will be a Muslim PM. And a black king,? adding ?this is Britain, not Africa.?

Scandal-hit Ukip leader Henry Bolton was plunged into a fresh crisis last night after it was revealed that his glamour model girlfriend made racist remarks about Meghan Markle.

Mr Bolton, 54, was already facing calls for his resignation after he left his wife for 25-year-old Jo Marney.

Now The Mail on Sunday can reveal shocking messages in which Ms Marney says that Prince Harry?s ?black American? fiancee will ?taint? the Royal Family with ?her seed? and pave the way for a ?black king?.

Ms Marney also says that she would never have sex with ?a negro? because they are ?ugly?.

'Out of context' indeed! In what context is the statement 'negroes are ugly' acceptable? This disgusting woman probably has a lot in common with DM commenters on Meghan. She says in Twitter what they think and say in private to their mates.

Walking back comments with "out of context" apologies is no good. I am all for free speech as long as you take responsibility for what you say. The same way that she sees Meghan as a stain, she should also be prepared to take on the backlash.

As an aside, UKIP seems to have quite a lot of them.

Ukip leader Henry Bolton today defended his glamour model lover - despite ending their affair after it emerged his she had joked online about sexual abuse of babies and sent racist texts about Meghan Markle.

Mr Bolton complained that Jo Marney had been 'thrown to the wolves' after he bowed to an ultimatum to dump the 25-year-old or quit.

He said the outrageous texts did not represent Miss Marney's 'core beliefs', and vowed to stand by her even though their relationship was over.

Mr Bolton is still facing intense pressure to resign in the wake of the Mail's revelation that he had left his third wife for the model and Ukip member.

The former army officer's fate was decided after 63% voted to back a no confidence motion at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in Birmingham.

He had faced calls to quit after it emerged his partner Jo Marney sent racist messages about Meghan Markle.

Gerard Batten will take over as interim leader and there will be a leadership election within 90 days.
