Within the first year of her marriage, Sarah, the Duchess of York carried out 55 royal duties during the year, compared with 429 for Princess Anne.
That earned Sarah the title of the Duchess of Do Little.

Perhaps, but I can't imagine anyone expecting her to dive into a job that Princess Anne was groomed for her entire life, in the first year of her marriage.

didn't she also work full time at a job when they first got married?

@Louis Ferdinand-Keep in mind that as @Jenee pointed out she was still in training that year.

Sarah is not the only one to named this title.
Duchess Catherine has reportedly been dubbed "Duchess of Do-Little".

True but she was never a very hard worker. She Had a lot of enthusiasms at first, and was like a puppy, all friendly and jolly but she started to get bored and make gaffes... and never really worked like she meant it.  As for her editing work, I think that soon faded out. She did write some books and was attacked for plagiarism...
