Were Prince Charles and Prince Andrew also awarded the Queen's Silver, Golden and Diamond jubilee medals?

Yes, all the children and grandchildren alive at the time got the medals.

I really appreciated how the article explained the medals/honors that the royals wear. Unfortunately it is likely to be lost on DF commenters who sneer whenever they appear at military event in uniform. :(
