The King and Queen bring huge crowds out to many of their engagements in different parts of Spain and Spanish territories. They are popular in spite of some sniping at Leti by elements of the Spanish Press. Both are very friendly and warm towards the crowds. Letizia in particular has my admiration because of her wonderfully stylish wardrobe, but her manner towards young and old is always friendly and gracious as well. I think she's made a wonderful Queen of Spain.

I agree @Curryong. It does seem to me that the transition from JC to Felipe has gone very smoothly and that the public is pleased with their work. I hope that this will continue to the next generation.
