Drottingholm Palace

Drottingholm Palace was given to the future Queen Louisa Ulrika when she married the future King Adolf Frederik. The couple resided there through their reign. A few years after Adolf Frederik's demise, Louisa Ulrika sold the palace to the Swedish state.

The baroque garden is the oldest in the palace grounds. Situated by Drottingholm Palace, it was inspired by the palace gardens of France.
