« on: December 09, 2016, 01:24:51 PM »
Is there a  settings feature to ignore another members posts/pm's?

Thanks

Is there a way to ignore thread posts? (besides just not reading them LOL)

No, there is not.  You can chose to do that if you wish.  However, it is not in the spirit of the Forum to ignore threads/posts.

I'm sure you have your reasons for asking - however, you could use the "Report this ...." option if you find that a post/thread/PM do not meet the Rules of the Forum - which I include here as a reminder :

IDK if its worth reporting the posts on, I only like to use that as a last resort, and I dont think theres really a rule for ppl who choose to not fully read your posts and reply incorrectly, eg: saying person X didnt say something when in your prev post you have a quote of person X saying that very thing to author Y, etc.

I'll just use the ol' self directed ignore option in my noggin'.

Thanks for the info, though.

If you all would have had an ignore setting or dealt with sandy's behavior my last post could have been avoided.

Hello Guys. Duch-Luvver, you are one of the main reasons why I got the courage to join the forum after being a lurker for years. I find your posts to be informative, interesting and considered. You are the kind of supporter that Diana needed but never got. As for those who are dogmatic in their views, you have to understand that the death of Diana affected so many people in different ways. Some of the behavior may seem a bit quirky but in my view it is merely a reflection of grief, a feeling of an injustice that has never been fully corrected. It would be a very sad day if you stopped posting or engaging. Without your thoughtful input we might descend into a right royal cat fight worthy of a Shakespearean farce

I am somewhat taken aback by the use of the term "Sandy's behavior." I am expressing my opinion which I am entitled to do.
